My Proof Certificate of Shoe Comfort!

My Proof Certificate of Comfort!

They say, “The proof of the pudding is in the tasting” and that’s just a proverbial way of basically saying that you can’t really attest to the quality of something until you have tried it yourself.

Well I am here with ALL the proof you’ll ever need about why I truly love my Naturalizer Women’s Malvina Loafers and why YOU should get yourself a pair!

‘I LOVE My Naturalizer’ Reason No. 1: SUPER COMFORTABLE!

While visiting Puerto Rico, for packing efficiency, since luggage weight on airplanes has been restricted these days, I decided to bring 1 pair of flat shoes and my Naturalizer was my natural choice (pun intended). I did an ENTIRE day of walk touring with them when I visited 7 of the Best Sites in Old San Juan. Just look at my feet in the photos!

I stood waiting, walked up stairs, down stairs, through cobbled streets and alleyways, in and out of historical buildings and sites, a Cathedral, streets and stores and more with this pair of shoes. Not to mention all the other days of my 1-month vacation that I toured the malls, museums and other places of interest. I would set out early in the morning and be back at my accommodation late in the evening. (Who wants to sleep when you’re on vacation? Right?)

With all of this walking, these shoes were SUPER COMFORTABLE! I would reach my Bed & Breakfast accommodation tired, or rather exhausted, but my feet were never swollen or ‘hurting like hell’, as I had experienced with other ordinary shoes.

‘I LOVE My Naturalizer’ Reason No. 2: VARIETY of COLOURS!

It comes in 11 different colours - Black, Black Nubuck, Brown Nubuck, Oxford Brown, Oxford Brown Nubuck, Camelot, Camelot Nubuck, Inky Navy, Inky Navy Nubuck, Moon, Moonstone.

How to Take Care of Your Naturalizer Shoes!

After spending a good deal of money on your Naturalizer shoes, it makes a lot of sense to take good care of them, like me. Here are some tips that I have successfully employed to make mine last very long:

1. Always wipe the outside of your Naturalizer shoes with a damp cloth after each wear to remove dust and grime. This keeps them looking brand new longer.

2. It is best to wear socks or knee high stockings with your Naturalizer shoes in order to keep them from becoming smelly. I usually wear white socks, since white gives off heat. So your feet will be kept cool and you won’t sweat much in your feet. Similarly with the stockings my feet stay cool.

3. Use Kiwi Scuff Cover, to cover up scuff marks on your Naturalizer, or Kiwi Shoe Polish, if you want to give them an extra shine.

4. For Naturalizer shoes with an odd colour, for which there is no exactly matching shoe polish colour, you can use the Kiwi Neutral Shoe Polish.

I only started using the Kiwi Scuff Cover after 1 full year of constant wear and tear and my Naturalizer looked just fine. I have never had to use the Kiwi Shoe Polish, as yet, since the Kiwi Scuff Cover usually gives it a nice enough shine. Now that says a lot!

Everything to keep your Naturalizer new!

Unfortunately, my size only comes in one color, and it's ugly.

Thanks Heidi. Yes, I do agree with you, also.

Feet do a lot of hard work.

You also have a blessed weekend, dear. Thanks so much.

Your feet deserve the best, Huntgoddess, no matter where they are made. Everything can't be made in the USA. Have a blessed weekend!

Thanks so much for this highly informative Hub! I also walk a lot, and I have osteoarthritis in my knees --- which hasn't stopped me yet.

They are very beautiful, as well, I think.

      I hope they're made in the U.S.A.?

      Up, +++

Good to know! It's hard to find all day walking comfort outside of sport shoes. Great review!

I do not remember ever owning a pair of Naturalizer shoes, but will check into them the next time I need shoes.
