Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula

Updated on May 10, 2016

This moisturizing lotion has a wonderful scent. It has the vague aroma of chocolate which is enough to help you on your diet. You don't need to eat chocolate. You can merely inhale this wonderful aroma to get your fix. I have recently gone vegan and enjoy the scent as I can no longer consume milk chocolate. This trade off works well for me. Part of the reason I use this product is that I experienced rapid weight gain a couple years ago. I was on medication which has an impact on blood sugar. This causes food craving. Recently I have taken off 30 pounds, but am stuck with stretch marks on my stomach.

It is very therapeutic to have a pleasant scent on your skin. This product is very nice and it isn't very expensive compared to other stretch mark creams on the market. It is non-greasy compared to other products I have tried. It is absorbed into the skin quite nicely and doesn't leave a greasy residue.

This Product is great for those who have also experienced rapid weight gain or became pregnant. I haven't used this product long enough to notice a drastic reduction in scarring. I will say that I enjoy the scent more than most other products. Scent is very important in beauty products. It is better to have something that smells good. Especially in this time when perfume is frowned upon in most setting due to many people being sensitive to scent. This products does it's job as a moisturizer. There are some cheaper products on the market which do not work as well. This product is not one which doesn't do it's job. It works very adequately.
