Stretching New Shoes To Fit Your Legs With Shoe Stretching Spray

One of the best ways to make sure that the new shoes fit is to be ready to use a good shoe stretch spray which usually works within seconds to make your feet comfortable in the new pair of wearable and be able to walk in them them right away.

Whether you're buying new shoes for summer or boots for winter, there are sprays for every footwear out there, including for leather shoes (which people seem to have the most problems with).

The main reason I wrote this article is because a friend of mine was about to return a brand new pair of leather

pumps that she bought online simply because she found them too tight and not comfortable. Before returning, I gave her a few tips on how to stretch her shoes by relaxing the leather through spraying on, and I basically managed to save her shoes - she was wearing them all summer long!

When it comes to sprays, you can either buy them or even make your own. Below I will review some of the best sprays commercially available, as well as give you a few common recipes that people are using at home to stretch their shoes.

Kiwi SELECT Universal Shoe StretchBUY NOW

Kiwi is a household name when it comes to shoe care products. From shoe creams to stretchers, they make pretty much everything you'll ever need. What I particularly like about this spray is that it works for different types of shoe materials, not only leather. For example you can spray with it your suede, nubuc and reptile skins as well. Also the spray doesn't stain your shoes, which is a major plus in my book.

If you already have a wooden shoe stretcher, this spray works well with it, but you can also spray it directly in the shoe, which you can wear almost right away, as soon as the material extended and relaxed a bit.

The Meltonian shoe stretch spray is also a great one to use to help relieve the tightness of new shoes and make them comfy to wear. You can use them with real leather, with reptile skin, suede and synthetic. Simply spray on, wear the shoes and start walking around. As you wear the shoes, they will relax very fast. Some people experienced some staining on very light color shoes, so use with caution.

Another great product that works as advertised by relaxing the fiber material within the show to stretch it so it's comfortable to wear. The leather is softened and walking around in the shoes is a pleasure, no longer a pain.

Here is a high quality boots instep and shaft stretcher which can be done in one step for both parts of the boot. You can, of course, also stretch them separately (for example if only one area needs stretching and relaxing). While it does cost more than anything reviewed so far here, the quality is excellent and it will last for quite a long time - and it works great too!

Perfect for the upcoming winter when boot wear is a must - and at times a real pain!

I often need to use shoe stretch sprays so I am glad you showed so many brands to choose from. Great videos too! I didn't know that you could stretch the instep or calf of the shoes. I also learnt about a bunion attachment. Thanks.

I'll have to try this. I have a couple pair that I rarely wear because they are too tight, even though they felt fine when I bought them.
