Very Effective Emjoi Micro-Pedi
Battery Foot Sander Is Gentle
I received another useful gift. My new Micro-Pedi has made my dry heels smooth again.
Every person as they get older has a hundred things that slow down and I am talking about more than just memory recall. Our skin no longer sluffs or casts off like when our protective layer was younger and full of vitality. A person's heels can callus and build up dry skin that will not naturally come off in small amounts on its own. If the callus edge of the heel is not attended to, it will dry out and possibly crack down to the vital skin causing open wounds that are hard to heal on their own.
The best thing to do is sand the dry skin on the heels so it does not build. I have used a sandpaper emery board made for heels several years now, but you have to keep at it and results were always just okay.
This callus remover works very well for me and I am happy I have one. Now my heels are pleasantly rounded on the sides and back, and the annoying white rim is gone. Both men and women would be happy to use this tool to keep the bottoms of their feet and toes smooth.
My sander came with two blue rollers and I get good results with extra coarse blue rollers.
A couple can mark their own rollers and share the hand held, minus any foot disease, of course.
Foot Sander Details
I have used this gadget for a few years now. I do not have to change the batteries very often. It uses two double A's. The roller removes easily and I wash it with an old toothbrush under running water and it is like new again.
I do not have to apply pressure to the foot to get results, and the roller spins fine. I am pretty happy with the Micro-Pedi.
If you live in the drier climes the results you get using the Micro-Pedi will keep your feet looking nice for sandals or high heels.
A serious amount of very fine dust is the result of using the micro sander so take precautions with a washable hand towel for ridding of the dander when grooming is done.
I have noted that using it after a shower or swim is no good. A good dry foot without any cream is best for sanding.
Don't forget toes or other dry spots like the elbow.
For Winter 2014-2015
I have been covering my feet all winter for walking around the house. It is easy to keep my smooth heels with this habit.
Do you already own this groomer?

Do you think this would help keep your feet looking presentable? I am glad my husband gave this to me. No more tip toeing for me. I can step out with bold decent feet this summer.
