Buying Yellow Gold Engagement Rings in Any Style

With the popularity of platinum and white gold, it can be harder to find yellow gold engagement rings in stores. But, check online and you will find great options in any style. Many rings being sold in other metals are also available in yellow gold, so you will have the same selection in this traditional metal.

Before buying a yellow gold engagement ring, sit down and take an honest look at what you can afford to spend. There are great rings available at any price point, but it is important to get your budget straight. Then, browse these different styles and diamond shapes until you find the perfect ring!

Diamond Solitaire Engagement Rings

A solitaire ring is one with a single diamond set on the band. They are simple, traditional, and beautiful. You can often get a larger center stone for your budget with a solitaire because you aren't spending extra on an ornate diamond band. If you are shopping for an engagement ring on a budget, these rings are easy to upgrade later to a larger diamond.

Multi-stone Yellow Gold Engagement Rings

Looking for more glitter around the band of your engagement ring? Check out one set with more diamonds. One great advantage of patterns like thhese, particularly the micro pave settings, is that a ring with numerous small diamonds can be much more affordable than a ring featuring one large stone. Colored Diamond Rings

Not every diamond is white. You can find many diamonds in blue, yellow, brown, champagne, or even black. While not every woman would love a black diamond engagement ring, the quirky and unique bride-to-be may find this the perfect stone. Yellow and pink are popular diamond engagement ring colors right now.

Gemstone Engagement Rings

Not every woman wants a diamond engagement ring. Even if she loves diamonds as a center stone, many women love the look of colorful accent stones. Sapphire is actually a very traditional stone for engagement rings, so you will find many rings with a center sapphire flanked with diamonds, or visa versa.

Yellow Gold Bridal Sets

Instead of just buying a yellow gold engagement ring, why not pick out a set with a matching wedding ring? This will give you the perfect matching look. You can even buy a set of three matching rings, so the new husband and wife will have perfectly matching wedding bands.

When I was young I chose an emerald for my engagement ring, because I wanted to be different from everyone else. I got a lot of compliments on it. I still don't like diamonds much but yellow diamonds are quite interesting.
