If you have an Amazon Affiliate account, you can present readers with items relevant to your Hub's content, and earn a commission if a reader clicks on the item link and buys from Amazon. One product can be added to each Amazon Capsule. There are two ways to add Amazon products: via the Amazon Capsule and an in-text link.
We recommend adding in-text Amazon products over using the Amazon capsule, as it's usually a better reader experience. Do add a product via a link, highlight the name of the product and click the link icon in the top bar of the Text Capsule. From here you can search via URL, product name, or click the Amazon tab to see suggestions. Authors receive the same commission via a link as from the Amazon Capsule.
To add a product to the Amazon Capsule, you must choose a specific product. To choose a specific product, simply enter the full URL (Web address)—or ASIN or ISBN number—for the specific item you want shown to readers. We recommend adding a personal recommendation in the description beneath the item by clicking the add description link to the right of the item. Click the Preview Amazon Result button to see how it will be displayed in the capsule.
Remember, only include products that your readers will be grateful to see and that you have personally used and recommend.
