Siri: Artificial Intelligence.

Given a thought, Siri is actually right. With the advent of technology to an extent that you actually have self-driving cars, voice assistance in your electronic devices, robots working in harmony & co-ordination with humans…is a reflection of how massively AI is growing.

76% of Indian firms face a shortage of skilled personnel in AI if reports are to be believed. Even with a median salary of Rs 14.3 Lakh for AI & ML professionals, 76% of Indian companies are unable to find qualified employees.

It’s a gap & a gigantic one, which directs us to the plethora of career opportunities in AI.

Artificial Intelligence(AI) is the future. It is shaping many industries even when it’s new compared to other technologies. We live in a digital age & are surrounded by technology & it wouldn't be false if I say “We live & breathe Artificial Intelligence”

Companies such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and others are also investing heavily in AI research, and the results are quite evident.

Efforts are underway especially by builders of cargo ships to use AI to deliver on the promise of a fully Autonomous ship - a vessel that can operate on its own without a crew with software that managing its movements.

Twitter, as part of ongoing efforts to improve the “health” of discussions on the platform, announced that it has acquired U.K.-based artificial-intelligence startup Fabula AI to improve the health of the conversation, with expanding applications to stop spam and abuse and other strategic priorities in the future.

MIT and the auto manufacturer BMW tested a new tool for predicting a person’s movement trajectory that may help humans and robots work together in close proximity to assemble car parts.

Using AI to predict breast cancer and personalize care with MIT/MGH’s image-based deep learning model that can predict from a mammogram if a patient is likely to develop breast cancer as much as five years in the future.

The above instances are the live examples of how AI has blended itself in our daily routines & how important these innovations are for making our lives better & easy.

So, the objective of this blog is to encourage people to gather ideas, surround yourself with AI environment, do the required learning-[internships are a great idea] & make your career in Artificial Intelligence
