Goodbye Internet Explorer

Mozilla Firefox is surely the safest web browser ever created. Using it is pretty simple and it has thousands of add ons to it. The best thing about this service is that its absolutely free. Its from the non profit organization Mozilla. They offer the best service to the public, free of charge, lowering scam, phishing, fraud, and other forms of internet crimes. There are even services that build anti-viruses inside of the web browser. This is an absolutely powerful service.

If you do not have Mozilla Firefox, you may download it at

Once you download Mozilla Firefox, you may also take all of the information that you may have saved to Internet Explorer (or any other browser that comes with Linux, Windows, and Mac) and use it for Mozilla Firefox so you won't have to do much work entering all of your important passwords and things like that.

Web of Trust (WOT)

WOT Security. Identifying Fakes!!

WOT security is one of the best ways to protect yourself online by giving yourself notification on sites that are bad for you. This color coding security software is based on what others have experienced in the past. Millions of websites have been reviewed and rated for your safety. I participate in this movement because I believe in what Mozilla is trying to do. This is a partner of Mozilla and has kept millions of people safe from scams and viruses.

Once the software is installed, you will notice that a colored circle will be right beside your url bar. It will either be green, yellow, or red. Green means that the site is safe and the chance of being attacked are slim and/or close to none. Hubpages is one of those sites. The ratings speak for themselves. I found Hubpages using WOT security. I noticed that everyone rated this as a good site, so I decided to check it out while I was working on my Project Goldbook and this has been one of my favorite sites to make money online with.

No Script

Protection From Everything!!!

No Script is the best protection that any web browser can have, hands down, period. It is literally the best of the best. Nothing can compare to it. No Script is a powerful software that comes as a free add on for Mozilla Firefox. It allows you to control your safety. Its the winner of the 2006 "PC World Class Award". This service allows javascript, java and other executable to run only from trusted domains of your choice. This is the best way to prevent attacks such as malware and viruses, phishing, and more.

There are over 54 million people who use this software (including myself) and can honestly say that this is the best browser protection software of all time. This service not only protects Firefox users, but other Mozilla based browsers such as Flock and Seamonkey. No Script provides the best anti-XSS protection. Once this service is installed into your browser, all of the sites on the internet will be blocked partially, protecting you from unsuspected attacks. You have to enable javascript for each site that you think you can trust. This may be time consuming, but its a life saver. No Script's whitelist based pre-emptive script blocking approach prevents exploitations of security vulnerabilities with no loss of functionality (whether they are known or aren't discovered yet).(Info from

Safety before action just got a whole new meaning

Ever wondered what is on the other end of a link? Wonder if you may get a virus if you click the wrong link? If you feel strongly about that, then Dr. Web Anti-Virus Link Checker is the perfect solution for you. Dr. Web Anti-Virus Link Checker is free software offered as an add on for Mozilla Firefox that allows you to scan a link for viruses before you click it. This helps out a lot and saves a lot of money people spend on anti-virus software trying to remove viruses from their computer that could have been avoided.

Have teenagers in your home? Well you definitely need this add on for Mozilla Firefox. We all know what most teenagers do (excluding me, religious man) when on a computer. Either they are playing games that show up in pop ups and pop unders, signing up for fraudulent free gift sweepstakes, and watching....well you know..the P word. This would be great. You can't stop them from watching that crap, but at least you can have them make smart decisions on where they go to view this degrading content.

Ever wanted to download a video game online but wasn't sure if it may obtain viruses, perfect solution for you, known as Dr. Web Anti-Virus Link Checker.

Netcraft Plus Anti-Phishing Toolbar

Protect yourself from losers online

Maybe you're a business individual that uses your computer for all of your financial information and business work. You have all of your bank account and other forms of vital information in that computer and someone may come along to get that information. The internet is a dangerous place and one day someone decides to attack your computer so they may be able to obtain your information and use it as their own, so all of your hard work just went down the drain. Could this possibly happen? The answer to that question is yes. It can most certainly happen, but lucky for us, Firefox is the best web browser ever and offers free services to keep us safe while enjoying the internet.

Hate to put it this way, but the internet is crawling with a$$holes. Its like a robber in real life. Robbers want all of your physical possessions, and phishing predators want all of your virtual information. Well its time to protect yourself from these less than fortunate people by downloading the Netcraft Plus Anti-Phishing Toolbar for Mozilla Firefox.

The Mozilla Firefox version of Netcraft Plus Anti-Phishing Toolbar runs on any operating system. When using this toolbar, it displays the location, popularity, and abstracted risk rating of any site you visit. It basically gives you a great idea of what websites to stay away from. Not only does it show all of this information, but it also prevents you from going to sites that have been reported to be phishing sites, keeping you and all of your information safe from thieves. As of now, there are thousands of websites that have been detected as phishing sites by users of Netcraft Plus Anti-Phishing Toolbar and blocked by the Netcraft community.

Annoying Popups Getting To You?

Well there's nothing you can do to the pop up from popping up without any care in the world. Its gonna pop up on every computer. That's what they use to tell us, now being a lot older and wiser, I found something that gets rid of all of those pop ups that used to get on my nerves everytime I went to a gaming site.

When you have the Pop up Master service added on to your Mozilla Firefox browser, a pop up blocker shows up under the status bar of your browser, regardless of browser and/or website settings.

There are a few technical problems with this service though. Sometimes when you have this added to your Firefox browser, you may experience bookmark losses.

Track your information with Formfox

Do you know where your information is going once you send it across the internet? Well you may be surprised at what you find about some of the most trusted sites. That's when Formfox comes in. Formfox allows you to protect yourself by knowing where your information is being sent and who can see this information. The information of where your information is going shows up anywhere information can be entered at. I know I said information too much in one sentence lol, but its all good. So is your information if you use Formfox to keep your personal information safe from hackers and identity thieves.
