Lets Get To Know Google

I'm sure we all familiar with Google, the Internet based company known throughout the world. Any person to ever use the internet must somehow come across Google. It is famous for being a noun and colloquially a verb too. I'm sure you've heard the expression all famous expression "just Google it."

It is know as the worlds favorite search engine with a estimated market value of $200 Billion (USD). Google has and continues to stick it's finger into all sorts of industries. From health & genetics to cellphones.

So know I'm sure you are a bit more familiar with them know.

Google is a company that strives to be successful and get better at everything they do. Google continues to move onwards and conquer and discover new boundaries. It has been called a company on steroids with products and services all over the market.

Products the average person would most likely know are:

  • Google Search Engine (what made them famous)
  • Google Earth & Google Maps
  • GMail - Online Email
  • Youtube

However these are just the ones most known to the average internet user. Google has gone into the cellphone business too as it seems to create the smart phone the "Nexus One" which would compete against phones like the iPhone, BlackBerrry & other devices.

Seeing as it is involved so much with the internet, Google came up with a way to use and view Google products using a Google product too. Its called Google Chrome which started out with 10 Million users in 2008 and 30 Million in 2009 and it just continues to rise.

Seeing as Google is the worlds most popular and favorite Internet Search Engine it would not surprise you that Google process at least a billion searches everyday. Its no wonder Google is as big as it is, it continues to expand and expand, and the more products and services they offer the more we use. I personally have a Google Account which links to everything, Youtube, Adsense and GMail are just some of the examples in mind.

Google Is A Empire That Will Not Fall

No matter what Google will not fall and be in the shadow of another competitor. Despite the criticism of being "too big" or "monopolistic" and lawsuits Google keeps on going and expanding outwards into worlds known and unknown.

If there were any words or phrases you did not quite understand I strongly advise you to....."Google It"

Google is the best option, but I would like to see them perfect or improve some of their services before coming out with more.

I think they should improve their browser, Chrome. Whilst fast it doesn't incorporate half the things you need to do and isn't accepted on some web sites.

Good hub - I always say that Google are going to take over the world but then again we always thought that Microsoft would never fall either.
