How To Sort Photos In Facebook Photo Album

Updated on March 5, 2014

Sort By Date

The Sort-By-Date was a feature in Facebook Photo Album which enables you to sort your photos by date in an ascending or descending order. It was taken out few months ago for no reason. Maybe it was making problems with FB's back-end. It was are very useful feature that all users who constantly upload photos.

If you already have a photo album and wanted to add new pictures to it. The new photos will be added at the end of the album. Now who would want their new pictures at the bottom of the album? We want them to be the first pictures in the album to be viewed.

Imagine you are on a vacation and uploaded the pictures you've taken from day 1. Of course you want them to be uploaded in order. Unfortunately as of yet there is no button that can do that but there is an easier way to do this. Easier than drag & drop and scrolling through hundreds of photos. Not to mention, you'll be doing it again and again and again.

Wouldn't it be great to have the one click sort button that does all the sorting work for you? Too bad currently that is not possible on Facebook Hopefully in the future though they can put this feature on the Photo Album but for now here's an easier way to sort your photos.
