The iPhone Contacts is a clever little app, with it, you can group your contacts, search them, locate contact addresses on the Maps app, pin your favourite contacts, facetime and even share your contacts by text or email, in this article however, I'll guide you step-by-step on just How to Add a Second Number to Your iPhone.

Step 1.

This step is simple enough, open up your contacts app and locate the contact you would like to add a second number to.

Step 2.

Select the contact and it should open the corresponding page for that contact, hit the "Edit" button at the top right of the contact information page and it'll allow you to editthe current and add new information fields for the selected contact.

Step 3.

Scroll down to the phone number section and select the empty field, you'll get a list of labels and you can choose from mobile, home, work, home fax, work fax, pager, assistant, car, company main and radio.

Step 4.

Select the type of label you would like and enter the phone number afterwards, and then tap the "done" button at the top-right hand corner of the screen where the edit button used to be. Done!
