Internet phone services are reducing the need for mobile phones, and consumers are welcoming this change with open arms because cellular phones gave them mobility at such a high cost that it was hard for them to take full advantage. WhereasVoIP phone has enabled business and household users to stay in touch with their important contacts, family and friends anywhere anytime. Also, due to so many internet telephony advantages travelling is hardly a big issue now.

As VoIP phone service gained popularity, it became everybody’s hot favorite way of making calls, having video chats and sharing documents. Everybody agreed that the best part of using Internet phone service was that they can use their Internet service for a much better purpose. Now, thanks to an Internet phone service, we can make long distance calls without worrying about paying scary bills at the end of month. Forget about bills, Axvoice is even enabling users to make U.S and Canada calls absolutely free! There was a time when this kind of thing could only be had in dreams!

Internet phone service is especially a money saver for business users. Businesses are not only taking advantage of its low costs but also using its wonderful features to speed up their communication process, with less personnel costs and needs and more efficiency. There is no doubt that Internet phone service has helped businesses to flourish in a way which no other communication technology had before.

As with any other commodity, Internet phone service’s popularity also attracted a lot of providers into the market. Every provider is trying to get a better market share, which has resulted in continuously decreasing prices and improving service quality. Today customers have a lot more options to choose from than ever before, and choosing the right provider is the only challenge they are left with.

Many people are still not aware of the fact that internet is an essential component of VoIP phone service, and having a good provider is not enough if you don’t have a high speed internet. Many people end up blaming their providers because of this misunderstanding. What they need to understand is that having the right internet service is very important if you are to enjoy the full benefits of VoIP phone service. It is usually recommended to ask your provider to provide you with an internet service which would complement VoIP phone service. Good providers like Axvoice take this responsibility on themselves, to make sure that it leads to no dissatisfaction from the customer later.

Before making a decision, checking the prices and features of every service provider is important. You have to understand what exactly your needs are and which VoIP phone service provider can satisfy those needs best. Rushing through the process won’t help. Ask for advice, consult your nearest VoIP phone service providers and surf over the internet to make sure that you won’t regret your decision later.

Axvoice's live chat support is very efficient. I am using axvoice just because of that live chat support. The main reason is my business does not allow an out of order phone line in day times. With other services, we have to wait for our turn to solve the occasional problem in phone line. However, with axvoice, we are connected immidiately to the tech guys.

We are using both axvoice and vonage in our office. Service quality is the same but axvoice's adapter is a bit easier to configure as compared with the vonage device. Besides the adapter, you would get an immidiate response from Axvoice's live chat support.

This is true. Axvoice is not only offering an adapter like vonage but also they are offering this adapter free. They don't charge even a single penny for that adapter. Besides that, their adapter is very easy to configure as compared with vonage.

Yes you can use axvoice phone service with an ordinary phone set. I also thought that only Vonage was offering an adapter that could make my ordinary phone set compatible with voip service. I came to know that Axvoice was also offering just two years ago.

Just an year ago, I was also a vonage user but when I came to know that axvoice was offering $10 only for unlimited calls for the whole month, I decided to switch to Axvoice. I ported my vonage number to axvoice and then started to use this service on my ordinary phone set.

I used Vonage for a couple of years to call my mom & siblings in the Philippines. It cost me almost $40/mo per service. Then, I switched to magicJack with $19.95 a year per line. As soon as I save up, am going back to Vonage, because the line is clearer and no need for the computer to be on the whole time. Good hub!

These remind me of The Jetsons-they had a screen phone. More and more so called science "fiction" is becoming science fact.
