Microsoft's OneCare

Updated on December 4, 2010

Live OneCare!

Here you will find the information about the OneCare.

You can try AVG antivirus / antispyware which is free for download (and can buy for additional features). If you update it daily then, won't face any problem. I didn't see any till now. Also, it blocks the untrusted and harmful web sites.

For backup, restore and cleanup of your PC, Microsoft provides the tools with OS. You can find it in Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools.

The other features that I can see different in OneCare is about printer sharing and secure networking. If you know about basic computer controls then, you can see these options in 'Control Panel' where you can configure it.

Also, when you do browsing using Internet Explorer (or any other browser); you can go to the 'Options...' and do the settings like, popup blocking, etc.

OneCare may provide you the same functionality as all together and easy to use!

Now it's your decision to Go for it or Not ? Any other reason to go for it ? Suggestions welcome!

For your information, here are some reviews about the product;

1) Review about OneCare antivirus and security

2) Review about OneCare 2.0 antivirus and security

Let me know, if you have any questions. I will be able to provide you more details.

      Why buy when there are so many very good and free software?
