How to Remove Internet Explorer from Windows 7
Remove Internet Explorer from Windows 7
When I install a new web browser, I find that Internet Explorer just gets in the way. Is it popping up all over the place and you never use it? Do you just not want to have to look at it? Do you want a cleaner, faster look and feel for your computer?
Well, you cannot completely uninstall Internet Explorer without making your operating system unstable and putting it at risk of crashing, Microsoft has included a feature in Windows 7 that allows you to remove programs like Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.
1. Go to the control panel
2. Click "Programs and Features"
3. Click "Turn Windows Features on or off"
4. Select or deselect the programs you want to change. I will deselect "Internet Explorer 10". Then click "OK".
5. Click "Yes".
6. Let it load, then you are done!
