The Internet Police Are on Your Side!

There is a new scam going around now where the sender has obtained the email address "noreply@internetpolice.com" where the recipient is asked to click on a link to ensure that they are safe from the bad, bad people who would scam you out of money, send worms into your computer to gleam all of your personal and banking information, passwords and connections.

Just how stupid does someone have to be?

It's a good thing that the Internet police are on the lookout for fraudulent activities. With them so focused on saving you from yourself, you are now safe to troll the Internet, and to read and send email.

Really? The "Internet Police"?

You are told that your email account will be free from Internet activities. Now, I don't know about you, but I like having my email connected to Internet activities! It kind of ruins the whole thing if your email isn't connected to the Internet, now doesn't it?

Here are two excerpts from this new scam/fraud email going around...

Please click this link below and enter the required information so your email account will be free from internet activities as Microsoft and AOL with all internet bodies are putting head together to wipe away this activities caused by fraudster.

There is a current upgrade going on as the internet has so many scams going on this days and we are trying to wipe out all fraudulent activities. You may be a victim of fraud.

You just have to know an email is a scam when the spelling and grammar are so suspect and titillatingly error-filled.Take the part that says "please click this link below and enter the required information so your email account will be free from Internet activities as Microsoft and AOL with all internet bodies are putting head together to wipe away this activities by fraudster."

I don't know about you, but I kind of like it when my email is connected to the Internet! Do these people think that these are brain storms? More like brain polar freezes!

What is wrong with people these days?
