Domo Robot

Domo is a robot and the brainchild of MIT. Domo has enough A.I. (artificial intelligence) to remember and recognize people and its surroundings and to interact in those situations. It can grab small items such as game controllers or a soda and give it to you. One of the things that I hope that we as humans realize that there is no way to stop their intelligence once they start learning, it gets too advanced and things can get out of control really fast.

Flexible Phone Screens

Sony and LG dropped these hard screened, bending cell phones. It is incredible to see these phones and the interesting curve that they have. It is only recently that this invention has come to mass production. This technology was attempted by many companies before it was perfected. Made to look like regular paper with an electronic screen these are really cool looking.

I do not actually own one of these phones but, i did try one out at the store.

Bendable Phones

This may not be a major invention but is sure is cool and worthy of mention. Who would have ever thought bending a phone would be encouraged.

FlyTech Dragonfly

A giant, remote controlled flying bug with a wingspan of 16 inches! It can hover low to the ground or up high and it can fly up high and do dive bomb stunts and in an instant it can be slowed down and glide the air slowly. It uses a two-channel remote but, be sure that, it does not crash too hard because, it only weighs an ounce. They come in all different colors, they will range in price from $50 to $75.

Subtitle Glasses

Subtitle Glasses, as they are called, helps the hearing-impaired by showing a small text in a small box over the right lens of the glasses. It has a wireless transmission for this task and it set the stage for other eye wear projects such as Google Glass. This is a great invention for the people who have hearing difficulties. It is very unfortunate that we have been able to for everyone to communicate with them. These glasses will bridge the gap of communication.

I personally, think that a device like this, that is so helpful, is long over due. Sometimes you can be in a situation where sub titles are needed but not being shown on the television set and these glasses would handle the issue.
