Nothing More Important Then Facebook

Updated on April 26, 2011

Fooling Around With Google Insight

I thought it would be interesting to compare several different things in google insight, to see which ones came up with the highest ranking in search engines. I picked things such as beer, marijuana, learning, cheese, the moon, Obama, love, money, wealth, help, doctors, cars, art, playing, gambling, drugs, business, real estate, homes, religion, god, sex, gifts, romance, pizza and even poop. I wanted to be thorough, and make sure to cover everything. So before I ran out of my limit of searches on google insight, I sat down and looked at what was most important to those using the internet to search for information.

It appears that there isn't a thing more important then Facebook. Mr. Zuckerberg should be proud. There isn't a single thing I could find that can beat the trend of people continually searching for facebook. It makes you stop and wonder how long that interest will last. Even the stock market, making money and going to college where less important. The only things that could even get half as close as facebook, was "How to", which comes in second in the most searched keywords.

If you haven't given google insight a try, I suggest it. Even if it's just to have a good laugh.

Great Hub. I have never heard of "Google Insight". Where would I go if I wanted to learn more about it? Do you have a link? I found this Hub through the Hub Hopper. Glad I did!

Sure I do! Google insight is a lot of fun. It's sort of like Google Trends, but a bit more advanced. It's especially useful if you're trying to think of hubs to write, or domain names to create =)

Thanks for posting the link. May I suggest that you add it to your article? It will be easier for readers to access. Thank you for the follow up! I haven't tried Google Trends either. You introduced new tools for me to check out and I appreciate that.
