This makes people have misunderstood that MacBook can only run on this operating system. Norton Security is an antivirus software of Symantec security brand. It is an antivirus and security software for home user. Norton Security runs on Microsoft Windows, Android, iOS and Mac OS.

Previously, Symantec had products such as Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet Security, Norton 360 for Windows operating system, and Norton for Mobile for Android, iOS and Norton Antivirus for Mac for MacBook. But now, all of the software has been replaced with Norton Security and Norton Security with Backup.

In addition to the features above, users who use Norton Security can purchase “automatic backup online” feature with 25 GB of secured, online storage by using Norton Security Backup. Of course, the cost of this product is higher.

2. Kaspersky Internet Security for MacBook

Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac is an antivirus software for Mac operating system of Kaspersky Lab Security Company.

Compared to Norton for Mac, Kaspersky for Mac seems to be highly appreciated in most of the experiments and evaluations. However, these evaluations and comparison are relative.

Compared to Norton, Trend Micro seems to be more generous when provide 5 GB online storage space. Users can use 5 GB online storage space without paying additional cost.
