It is interesting that I have been blogging for 6 years and have a nice crowd of commenters on my blog which is an internet marketing and social media marketing blog.

I came across the 2012 Blog Contest on LatestBlogPosts.com and was pleased to see that they offer three categories. All bloggers have to do is get the most votes.

I signed up on LatestBlogPosts.com a year ago and found that the number of comments on my blog quadrupled and that has landed me some web design and internet marketing clients.

The blog contest offers three categories and they are:

  • Most Unique and Exciting Blog
Ok, I think my blog is exciting, but I wonder if other people do. I would vote for blogs in this category that have a unique design, interesting information, and anything that you cannot find on other blogs.

  • Most Quality Blog Articles
This should be a real truthful category and a good measure of how good a blog really is. I would definitely compete in this category and hope my subscribers agree. What is a quality blog article? I guess that would be objective, but I assume the writer presents good information that is up to date, and the blogger seems to really know the subject matter.

  • Most Practical Blog For Business and Personal Life
I assume this is the category for entrepreneurs and business people mostly, but it does say personal. Blog such as finance (business and personal), marketing, business, parenting, investing and other good subjects that apply to both business and personal.

Entering the contest is easy.

Since I was a member of Latest Blog Posts already, I was automatically entered and they say that all you need to do is join the blog network and you are entered into the 2012 Blog Contest. Joining is free so I had nothing to lose. The winner receives a $50 US cash bonus. I am going for it.

Getting Votes

The website gives you an individual web page for your blog which also shows all of your blog posts! That is really cool. As soon as I update my blog, it is automatically on their website. I love that! They even give you banners that you can put on your blog and the link to vote is right there under your blog heading.

They also have some social media sharing tools as well as Google +1, StumbleUpon, and Reddit. I know need to mentioned the obvious players like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Anyway, if you have a blog, I hope you enter and good luck.

Post Your Blog Here and I Will Vote For You!

I have no problem supporting other bloggers and if you enter the contest on Latest Blog Posts, I will vote for you. Leave your LatestBlogPosts.com address here so I know where to go.

Vote for other Hubbers’ Blogs

If someone leaves their address here (Latest Blog Posts) address, let’s all vote for each other.

I voted for you. That was easy. I tried to vote for you in two categories, but it limits each person to one vote per blog per day. Lol good luck. I will vote for you everyday.

This sounds cool. Shame my blog, http://www.reviewharbor.net, is too new and has too little content.
