Advantages of The Internet

Updated on May 16, 2013

The Internet

The Internet is a place that millions of people go on daily. Whenever they want to search something or amuse themselves, the Internet is the most visited place out of all of the other softwares in computers. Learn all of the advantages of the Internet now and empower yourself with the best ways to use the Internet as well.

Twitter is a website for Social Media. With Twitter, you can talk with your friends, make new ones, or see what your idol/favorite person is saying now. People with diverse backgrounds such as Eminem, David Price, Seth Godin, and yes, even Pope Benedict XVI, are all on Twitter. Twitter is a great place to learn from the pros, hear what they have to say, and talk to friends. Twitter is also important for your future job because your future employers want to know your Twitter page. If you have good and appropriate tweets (for any age level), then that looks good for your future job.

Amazon is one of the best websites to buy and sell products (through affiliates)! Amazon is an awesome place to buy products without having to go to a store. I use the Amazon module as an affiliate to show off products, but I do buy products on Amazon as well (not with my modules though because that is illegal).

Get Your Message Across In Seconds

Email has changed mail delivery for the entire world. Instead of waiting for days or even months for a response, you get it in a matter of hours. Emailing is a great way to tell your friends what you are thinking or what you need to do instead of mailing it and waiting for a day or two.

The Newest, Easiest Way To Make Money

Lately, the Internet has been a revolutionary idea to make money in the thousands, and eventually the millions. You don't have to pay money to build a big corporation, and websites won't be getting taxed anytime soon. Some people on YouTube make over $100,000 a year, and some Squidoo members have reported earning over $60,000 in their young careers. Those checks only get bigger because there is a lot of room on the top of the food chain. There are over a million lenses, but lens rank always goes up or down no matter what unless you have a secure position in the Tier 1 spot. Also, you don't need a master's degree to make money on the Internet. A master's degree would be helpful, but it is not mandatory to succeed on the Internet. The freshness factor is the only thing that depends on success stories and busts. On the Internet, you can do what you love. On Squidoo, I love writing about various topics, and they gave me that chance, and who could turn that offer down? You can have fun on Squidoo unlike other jobs that can prove to be tedious. Squidoo and other websites that allow you to make a good income are open to people of all ages, and the paychecks only get bigger, better, and higher, as long as you make your websites fresh with content. Does that sound so hard?

Showing Other People's Products and Getting Paid

If you look above, you will notice amazon products for sale on this page. If someone buys any of those products, I get 4.25% of the commission for that item. I could make the money while sleeping, and shipping the item is not my responsibility. Showing these Amazon products is completely free, unlike having your own commercial, especially during the Super Bowl.

18 Years Or Older Doesn't Apply Anymore

You don't have to be 18 years or older to make a good income. Look at me for example. Based on this lens right here to hear my success story. There are other people on the web who make their money as well, but not everyone is or has to be over 18 to make money. Finally, age is not a limitation to success.

People under the age of 18 shall not vote, but they can make money online.

See The Person You Are Talking To

With a website called Skype, you can see the person you are talking to, even if you are in a different state. Skype is a great place to get in touch with friends, and this wonderful experience is only provided on the internet. You can call your friends on the phone, but being able to see the person you are talking to makes talking that much better.
