I have been blogging a lot recently and have noticed that my neck is getting stiff. I am trying to find the best position to use a MacBook to Blog so that I do not end up with neck pain. I realized how stiff my neck and shoulders had become when I went for a massage the other day and now I am thinking about how to Blog i.e. what is the best way to blog for long periods of time without destroying your neck? Can someone recommend some neck exercises to relive neck tension after blogging?
