There are definitely tons of applications out there to choose from. Many of those applications will be free for you to download. However, there are also many applications out there that will charge for you to download them. From my experience with Blackberry, Android, and Windows Phones, whenever you download from their app world, or market, it will show if the application is free or if it has a charge associated with it. If it has a charge, then you will have to manually accept the charge. In some cases depending on the applications developer, you would have to provide a credit card to charge before you could download the app, or given the option to apply the charge of the app to the bill of your service provider. I hope this helped and answered your question!
