Obviously in the head of HTML. ie. in the The TITLE and META tags

I tried to put an example of a Typical html link but hubpages removed it thinking I was spamming. Try using youtube tutorials they are usually very helpful.
Keywords go within the head tag in html code.
Keywords are added in the head section, but form last 1-2 years, google not gives the weight-edge to add keywords in website.
