Does it? Guess I'm glad I didn't choose it for my internet! I wonder why their service has been so bad for you though because they really hype the fact that they are the perfect solution for those people who can get nothing else where they're located?!
I'm located out in the "toolies" and Hughesnet was one of the internet options I considered to do my work from home. But I have to send/receive big files and the Hughesnet option I would have had to use would have cost about $300.00 per month! NO WAY! And as they are satellite based, the connection would not be very stable . . . "Sorry, "client", a cloud passed over my house and we lost connection". NOPE!
Can you upgrade to another option and pay a little bit more but get better service with them? Don't know if that is worth it to you . . . .
You must have a landline (?) so isn't DSL an option? That's what I have but I only get a 1.5M download speed - pathetic.
