I spend many hours in front of a computer and know I should take breaks from time to time, but do not.
What break activities are helpful for you?

Short physical activity is nice to break up hours of computer time.
Try walking for a few minutes or stretching.

Yoga is also nice.
You can find exercise video online that have a short 15-30min routine.
Meditation might also be helpful.
