What is GoogleExact Match Domain Update?
What do you Mean by Google Exact Match Domain Update? And What is the main motive behind this update?
I wrote a hub answering this question pretty thoroughly:
http://greekgeek.hubpages.com/hub/googl … ain-update
My domain http://www.insidecontentmarketing.com is an EMD.
What your referring to in the EMD update was Google trying to cut out spammers easily ranking for exact keywords. For example before the animal updates if you wanted to rank for the keyword buy viagra online you would buy the domain name www.buyviagraonline.com
After your page was indexed you would automatically rank highly (usually first) for anybody searching for that keyword. Can you see the importance of the update now?
The update is making it harder for black hat SEO's to rank for competitive keywords.

I looked in the search through forums but couldn't find an answer for this so I decided to post a thread. Hope I didn't over look a thread. If I did, read my question and post the missed thread and I will read it. My question is: Is there any significance in a domain being one word (many words...
