The easiest way to do it is to have multiple e-mail addresses, that you can get free from Yahoo, Hot Mail, Google, etc. You set up an account for each address with its, and you can then either view each account separately, or have a combination mailbox where all the mail can be viewed, and sort it by sender.
I am using Outlook 10 and I have one address for Hubpages, a primary address, and a personal address. I then set up a combination folder where they all show up in addition to being in the individual folder. I was able to do the same thing on my smart phone. Changing your e-mail address on Hub Pages is not hard and will not impact any of your activity. I am not a big Facebook user, so you would have to check with them or just keep that address.
I hope this helps.
Finally, you must be using Windows XP. If you upgrade to a later version of Windows, you will find that Outlook Express has been eliminated--don't ask me why. There are two alternatives, Windows Live and Thunderbird, made by Firefox. The only warning is if you are using an AT&T related phone company for your e-mail service, you are in for a lot of grief.
