This situation requires a good professional computer technician who specializes in completely eradicating the problems caused by the malware and ensuring your hard drive and data are unscathed. This process may even require uninstalling software, reinstalling uninfected software and recovery of data.
Unfortunately (unless you have a good friend who qualifies to do the work), this will cost you. But often this situation can completely freeze your computer as the malware attempts to do its worst, effectively locking you out from use, so you have no choice.
And ALWAYS back up your important files on an external drive, just in case.
