How can I get unlimited internet in a rural area?

I live 1/4 mile from the cable service area, the dish companies are VERY limited (if even available), and the local phone company charges twice as much as the cable company for much less service. How can I get unlimted internet service in a rural area without paying a fortune? I have 3 teenagers playing online and 10GB caps are not cutting it.

I'm in North Carolina/US. 2 miles from town seems to be outside of civilization here. Would love to be in New Zealand instead.

They don't bargain. They pretty much told me to take it or leave it. Just getting their service is several hundred dollars. They know they are the only one out there and misuse that!

Their answer was pretty much that I don't have to get their service. Randolph Telephone charges $160 for a half decent internet speed/mandatory phone/a few TV channels. Time Warner charges $89 for 2GB more internet speed/200 channels.

    Dish is more.
