this is my third cell phone provider. however, i have stayed with them for customer service more than anything.
however, there customer service is slipping and i am going to have to go to another cell phone.
i had AT and T and Tmobile and now i am with uscelluar.
cell phones always seem to have something wrong with them. the texting, the package you purchased, the bill is incorrect...there is always something. unfortunately, this is where customer service comes in.
if us cellular lets their customer service slip, i may go with another provider. they know customers come and go. especially when you are getting to the end of your contract. getting out of a contract may cost you less in the end
