You often hear complaints that people with cell phones don't take account of others, they'll use them in theaters or talk loudly on them in public places. Or they'll ignore you to take a text message. Have cell phones made people less considerate of others? Alternatively, it could be these people would have always been rude without a cell phone. They're just more noticeable now. Surely not everyone with a cell phone is rude. What do you think? Answer as you like.
