If you're using MagicJack and the other person only hears half of what you say you should go to the Magic Jack site (www.magicjack.com) and go to their troubleshooting feature. Or, you could also go to their online chat and ask for technical assistance. One reason they say they have online chat, rather than a phone number, is that they can offer technical assistance better if you're on your PC.
