I think it's going to be an interesting day that is most assuredly going to come our way. Email isn't 20 years old is it? Yet the technology we enjoy today has crossed generational lines, with the newest generations already absorbing the latest faster than today's 25 year olds. It's all very amazing, but we need to prepare. As I write this I am using a satellite to communicate with you as my husband drives up I-75. I'm looking at fields of white cotton ready for harvest with cell towers dotting the landscape and puffy white clouds floating lazily across a wide expanse of blue sky, knowing full well that the satellites above them could be shut down in an instant and my cell phone gone just as fast. This lovely southern afternoon could be very deceiving if world tensions suddenly snapped.
Um...do you think this drive is getting a little toooo long? :)
