You would have to have an iso or image file of the actual Operating System. If you don't have this, try pressing F8 right after the BIOS screen, If you are able to get a list of menus then choose the Windows recovery console and there should be an option to restore the system back to factory settings. If you cannot get that far and have the OS image file, you can use Novicorp Wintoflash and put that on a USB drive so you can reinstall the OS. IF you do not have that OS image or do not want to go back to Windows, You could try a linux distrobution such as Ubuntu or Linux Mint, which are aimed at Windows users. To install a linux OS on a flash drive to install it on the netbook, you would use the linux installer from pendrivelinux.
