Best Apple products reviewed

The best Apple products currently available reviewed

Here we have the best Apple products reviewed and compared. The Apple brand is huge and there are millions of Apple users the world over. Apple is market leader in desktop computers, laptops, tablet computers, smartphones and MP3 players. Yep, Apple have got every base covered and when you compare Apple products to the competition it is easy to see why.

Apple products are sleek, stylish and look cool, however they aren't "all show and no go". Oh no, as well as looking cool Apple products are top performers, and this is the case with all Apple products, and outclass the competition. In fact, Apple is better than the competition in all aspects.

On the whole, Apple products are more expensive than its competitors, there are some exceptions of course, but then this is to be expected. Besides, it is better to dig a bit deeper and part with a little more money for the best product in the first instance and Apple products are worth each and every cent.

If you are looking for the best Apple products please do carry on reading this article and everything will be revealed.

Best Apple products - The iMac

Prior to receiving an iMac as a gift (my wife is far too good to me) I only ever used PCs and thought I would never change. Whilst I liked the look of the Mac I had heard some stories about how difficult they were to use, how they were only good for CAD, image manipulation and video manipulation and how they weren't any better than a PC. How naïve I was. I am now a Mac convert and I wished I had taken the time to investigate them earlier.

There is a learning curve when you first move from a PC to a Mac, but then there is also a learning curve when you change from one Windows version to another isn't there. A Mac is logical which in turn makes it user friendly ,which in turn makes in turn makes it fairly quick to learn to use. Besides, there are plenty of free user forums online to offer any help and assistance you may need.

Why I love the iMac and think it is one of the best Apple products

Give me the opportunity and I will rave about the Mac all day. I love the bright screen, I love the fact everything is built in to the monitor (so no tower to keep kicking under the desk), I love the wireless mouse, keyboard and track pad, I love the operating system and the fact that you don't get any nasty viruses that plague PCs, I love the speed of the Mac (it is exceptionally fast) and I love the look of the Mac as it is one stylish and, dare I say it, gorgeous looking machine. The Mac is simply awesome.

So, what's not to like about the Mac since everything has some cons right? Give me a minute to think ....... I am still thinking....... Hmmm....... This is a tricky one just wait....... Nope! Can't think of anything.

Many people criticize the Mac for being too expensive and whilst it is expensive, but then if you buy a top end PC you are not going to be spending much less. Besides, the additional expense of a Mac is well worth it.

If you like the look of a Mac and have some worries and apprehensions, don't. I wasted way too much time carrying on with PCs so don't make the same mistake I did. I highly recommend the Mac so go for it and buy one. You won't be disappointed.

Great accessories for your iMac

The Apple iMac is awesome but you can make it even better and have a better experience using it with a few accessories. For some of the best accessories for the Apple iMac check out the items below......

Apple MacBook ProCHECK PRICE

Following my love affair with the Mac it was only natural to move to Mac laptop when my trusty Dell finally went “pop”. After all, it is far easier to use one operating system than fumbling about with two, right? Well that was my excuse.

Like all Apple products the MacBook Pro is a thing of beauty. It is sleek, it is stylish and it looks really cool. The screen is bright, clear and pin sharp and the sound is simply awesome. Combine this with the ultrafast 2.6GHz quad core and dual core Intel processors and you have a laptop that not only looks good but also blows the competition away in terms of performance. The MacBook Pro is a very powerful piece of kit. Apple lists the battery life at a maximum of seven hours although this obviously depends on usage and configuration. All I can say about the battery life is that I have never had any problems with it and regularly get six hours between having to use the power supply, but then I only use my MacBook Pro for typing and editing photographs on the move. I can’t comment what the battery life would be for playing games.

Using the MacBook Pro is a real pleasure and everything feels “right”. The keys on the keyboard are smooth and comfortable to use, the track pad is accurate, fast and responsive and everything works as it should without any clunking. If you can use a Mac you can use a MacBook Pro. If you don’t use a Mac then you will find there is a learning curve in using the MacBook Pro but it really isn’t that difficult. Besides, if you get stuck there are plenty of online forums that offer free advice to help you out.

The MacBook Pro is expensive but it is worth every cent. Ok, so you pay a premium for the Apple branding but the quality of the MacBook Pro is second to none. It is a laptop that is tough, durable and built to last. I see my MacBook Pro as more of an investment and since I use it to generate income it will pay for itself in time.

Overall, the MacBook Pro is an awesome laptop and I could rave about it all day, but I won’t here. I am trying to think of some cons but, other than the high price, I genuinely am struggling. So, if you are in two minds whether to buy the MacBook Pro or not all I can say is “go for it” and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Apple iPad

I have to be honest and say that I don't really get Tablet computers. I think they are too large to be portable but too small to do anything useful on. I do appreciate, however, there are many people who like tablet computers and my wife is one of them even though she uses her tablet predominantly for watching/listening to media and web browsing on the move.

When my wife was looking to buy a tablet computer she researched every single product, went and had a "play" with every single product and then repeated the process a few time before finally deciding on the Apple iPad, and she is chuffed with it. I have to admit, that whilst I would never buy the Apple iPad (there is no point because I will just use the wife's if I need to) I am impressed with it.

Like all Apple products the iPad is sleek, stylish and cool. The iPad not only looks great but it is also a top performer and, dare I say it, the best tablet computer available. Sure there are other tablet computers but none of them come close to the iPad. It is in a league of its own.

If you own an iPod Touch or an iPhone you will already know how the iPad works, since it is a larger version. Well, this isn't strictly true but this is how I view the iPad. If you don't own an iPhone or iPod Touch you won't have any problems earning how to use the iPad at all as it is user friendly and intuitive.

The Apple iPad is a popular product and there are hundreds of thousands of happy users all over the world. This is fine, but you're not going to be individual or unique if you buy one. Fortunately, you can "pimp" your iPad and personalize it to your exact requirements. There are loads of accessories including cases, sleeves, skins and socks, and if this is not enough for you there are plenty of screen savers and themes to match your personality.

If you want the best tablet computer you have to buy the Apple iPad. It is more expensive than other tablet computers out there (but only marginally) but it is so much better. If the tablet computer is your thing the iPad is the best value for money by far. If my wife, who is one of the pickiest people I have ever met, is impressed with hers the iPad must be good. Buy an Apple iPad and you won't be disappointed.

Best Apple products - Apple iPhone

The iPhone has been around for a while now but it is still the market leader of all cell phones and smart phones, and when you compare the iPhone to the competition it is easy to see why. In fact, there is no competition for the iPhone. There are some good cell phones and smart phones out there but none of them are as good as, let alone better than the iPhone.

In my experience you will never appreciate how good and powerful the iPhone is until its gone. Prior to my current iPhone I had an iPhone 3G and thought it was great, for a couple of years. When my cell phone contract came up for renewal I thought I would try one of the other smart phones that had come on to the market, and boy was I disappointed! The smart phone I had was good but it wasn't a patch on my iPhone 3G. Over my iPhone ownership I had come to take the iPhone for granted. I ended up cutting my love affair with the smart phone short and went back to the iPhone and I have been a happy user ever since.

Millions of people the world over are happy iPhone users, which is another testament to just how good the iPhone is,, so it is a common smartphone. If you are the sort of person that likes to own something different you can still be an iPhone user and individual. There are hundreds, if not thousands of iPhone socks, sleeves, bags, skins and cases available therefore you can "pimp" your iPhone to your exact requirements.

So what's to like about the iPhone? I could rave on about the iPhone all day, however I will keep it brief and to the point for this article. The iPhone is easy to use, the iPhone has a large internal memory to store all your media, there are loads of apps available to download for the iPhone, the amount of accessories is mega, the iPhone is sleek and stylish and finally, it is made by Apple.

I am trying to think of a negative with the iPhone and I am really struggling. The only thing I can think of is the cost of the cell phone contracts but the difference in the cost of running an iPhone and running any other smart phone is negligible.

One thing I will say about the iPhone is that they make excellent MP3 players, video viewers and web browsers when you upgrade to the next model.

Essential iPhone accessories

With hundreds of accessories for your iPhone currently available it can be difficult to identify which ones re worth buying and which ones should be left alone. For the essential accessories for your iPhone check out the products below.

Best Apple products - Apple iPod

The Apple iPod revolutionized the way we listen to music and made the MP3 player available to the masses. There are loads of manufacturers of MP3 players, some of which are very good and some of which are best avoided, but none of them come close to the build quality and sound quality of the Apple iPod. The Apple iPod is, without a doubt, the best MP3 player currently available.

There are loads of iPod models ranging from those that hold 1GB of data right up to those holding 160GB of data, which equates to several thousand songs. With the top end iPods you can carry your entire music collection, and some, around with you at all times.

The first generation iPods had an LCD screen displaying the name of the track and other details, whereas later models allow video playback, which means you can watch the video accompanying the track you are listening to should you so wish.

As you'd expect different iPod models have different prices, some of which are cheap and others that are a bit more expensive. This is a good thing since it means there is an Apple iPod for all budgets.

The "best" Apple iPod is down to personal preference and what you are going to use it for. If all you want is to have a couple of hours worth of music for a long run a top end 160GB iPod is not going to be the best option for you. Similarly, if you want an iPod to store you entire music library, and accompanying music videos on the small 1GB shuffle is not going to be the best option. You have to choose the best iPod for your needs.

One thing I will say is that all iPods, from the 1GB shuffle right through to the top of the range 160GB version, are exceptionally well made, tough and durable, have excellent sound quality, are sleek and stylish and look great. What ever apple iPod you buy you will not be disappointed.

Apple iPod Shuffle

If you need an MP3 player purely to play music, as opposed to listening to music and watching video, the iPod shuffle is the MP3 player for you. This MP3 player is a basic MP3 player that does nothing but play music. You can't choose what track to play (although you can obviously skip to the next track) and you can't see any details about the track currently playing. This MP3 player is so simple all you do is turn it on and press play.

The iPod shuffle is small and light and perfect for running, cycling, hiking or any other sporting activity, and with the built in clip you can simply attach it to an item of clothing so you

don't have to put it in your pocket.

There are iPod Shuffle replicas, cheap rip offs, on the market but none of them are any where near as good as the Shuffle. The Shuffle is better made, has superior sound quality and is a better MP3 player all round. My advice is to forget about the cheap rip offs and buy the proper Apple product and you won't be disappointed.

Once again, I am struggling to find any negatives with the iPod Shuffle. The Apple ear phones are the only thing I can think of as they are useless but it is an issue that is easily resolved by buying another pair of headphones.

The best Apple iPods

There are loads of different Apple iPods available, but which one is best? I appreciate opinions will differ but please do vote for your favourite.

Solo Beats Over Ear Headphones

Whilst the Apple iPod is a high quality MP3 player the same cannot be said about its headphones, which are pretty useless. Sure, you can listen to your favorite tunes through them but there is no bass. Little mid-range and no top end at all, and they distort badly once you start cranking up the volume. If you own an iPod the first thing you should do is invest in some good quality headphones to get the most out

of it.

If you like over the ear headphones you can't get much better than Beats by Dr Dre. These headphones are simply awesome. Not only do you get punchy bass, excellent mid-range and clear top end but you also get no distortion at all. You can crank up the volume as much as you like and you still won't get any distortion.

As well as providing the best sound quality these headphones are exceptionally well made and very tough and durable. These headphones are built to last and whilst they may seem expensive they are great value for money and give you a lot of bang for your buck.

The best in the ear buds for your iPod

Over the ear headphones can be restrictive and suffocating, not to mention they really mess up your hairstyle, and as such there are many people that don't like them. If you don't like over the ear headphones but still want the best sound quality possible I suggest you take a look at the Klipsch Image S4 in the ear headphones.

Klipsch Image s4 in the ear headphones

These in the ear headphones are small, light, comfortable and block out all surrounding noise hence allowing you to listen to your favorite tunes interrupted. With deep and crisp bass, great mid-tones and a high-end range the sound quality of these ear buds is second to none.

If you are looking for some affordable high performance

in the ear headphones for your iPod I highly recommend the Klipsch Image S4s.
