My Most Costly Cup o' Chai Quiz

Updated on June 29, 2014

I Didn't Go in Search of Costly Chai At All

I took the second sip of my hot chai from one of these cups, and presto! I bought a new keyboard.

Not that I was in search of a keyboard - mine worked splendidly. But my keyboard's hygiene regimen did not include a hot shower.

Chai is my favorite hot drink, although I do also love a full bodied, fully creamed, cup of decaffeinated coffee.

Yesterday was just another day, and I was busy at work on my computer. I had a project underway, and a deadline, and things were progressingly nicely.

A simple tip of my hand, and my cup o' chai flowed over my cordless keyboard. Quickly I mopped up the chai that was still outside the keyboard. I tipped it on end and let some drops of chai drip out. Then my blow dryer took over and soon it appeared that all traces of tea were gone.

A quick test showed that it was still connected to my computer, and I could type just fine --- but, the space bar and the enter key were on the fritz.

I packed it up in a flash, in my backpack, and whirred off to the Apple store. Lucky for me, they fit me in with only a short wait! Unlucky for me, my keyboard was irredeemable!

I thought you might like to earn some quiz points and guess which cup or mug was the culprit - the container of my most costly cup o' chai! In case you want to enjoy a variety of chai, at the bottom you'll find some of my choices.

I really enjoy Chai tea but I can't drink it all the time.
