Dumpr Photo Editor
Dumpr Fun Photo Editing
Dumpr.net offers a tool set for turning your existing photos into works of art. Dumpr offers some unique online photo manipulations options for your photo uploads, links to photos and photos directly from your Flickr account. You can map your photo onto the sides of a Rubik's cube. You can make your portrait look like it was snapped by paparazzi? If for some odd reason you have a desire to fit your picture to the curvy figure of an Easter egg than Dumpr is your place.
Dumpr bills itself as "where you create marvelous photos to share with your friends." It costs to save the photos online, but a simple right click on the browser and you can download to your PC for free.
Best features are the Sketch Artist and the amazing goo - and examples of both are included.
We'll start with this picture and see what Dumpr can do with it. We'll make it a sketch, a rubik's cube and we'll even put on a little weight.

This photobombed book is seriously funny. I love looking at photobomb pics online so somebody got this for me as a gift.

Citrify Photo Editor - Great One Step Editor
It's not like the world needs one more photo editor, but if one is going to be built at least make it a good one. Citrify is a great addition. The best feature is the ease of touching up photos. I took the above photo on the left (a Citrify default photo) and enhanced it to the image on the right in the first 4 minutes of using Citrify. No training. No research. I just uploaded the photo and used the out-of-the-box touch-up tools. Citrify does not have all the features of other photo editors - but for facial touchups with almost no training Citrify is awesome!
Have you ever dreamed about having your own exhibition in an art museum? Perhaps at the Museum of Modern Art or a display at a local gallery? With MuseumR you can have your photos displayed in halls all around the world -- eternal fame is just a click away on Dumpr. All you to is pick a photo and place it in a museum art - 5 different museum display options await you.
PicMonkey Photo Editor
PicMonkey, a creation of several former Google engineers offers a simple and easy to use tool for editing and altering your images. The entirely Web-based editor is fast and effective, and among the cleanest interface (PicMonkey and Ribbet will be fighting for that title) for a photo editor (Web or desktop) that I've come across. In the left-hand column you see all of your options. And that includes everything from basics likes cropping and rotating to a full array of air-brushing edits. You can add icons and text and throw a frame around a photo. Basic edits consist of crop, resize, rotate, as well as color tweaking and sharpening.
Ribbet Photo Editor
Ribbet is built on the same platform that made Google's Picnik great and is an easy to use yet powerful online photo editor. You can use Ribbet for collages, touch-ups and advanced photographic effects like curves and clone tools, fonts, frames, stickers, vampire effects, beards, and an entire pond full (yes, get ready to deal with some froggy puns) of effects. Like Picnik, there will be a free and a premium version.
Photocat Photo Editor
Photocat was launched in late 2012 as another entrant in the crowded field on online Photo Editors. Obviously photos and animals are the popular theme! In the examples below you will see that Photocat offers the standard array of basic photo editing features - with the addition of an excellent collage option. Between the collage, some nice holiday features and some advanced handling of large images Photocat is a good option for folks looking for a free and easy to use Photo Editor.
Design a Mosaic - Great Photo Gifts
Stunning photo mosaics make unique photo gifts--ones that'll keep wowing everyone who sees them for years to come. At Design A Mosaic, they make it easy for you to take all your favorite digital pictures and create your own personalized photo mosaic. Simply upload your images (as few as 20 is fine), select your options, and they'll take care of the rest. You will get a digital preview of your photo mosaic.
The feedback on Design A Mosaic has been great - both customer service and the mosaics themselves. There are several good services - but this is a favorite.
