Mark Zuckerberg: Facebook World Will end in March 15th 2011

Updated on June 23, 2011

Facebook is presently ranked as one of the wealthiest businesses in the world with economists estimating its value at around 7.9 billion. It is so surprise that, Facebook’s founder Mark Zuckerberg announced that the world’s greatest social network he decided to close Facebook on 15th March 2011 because the management of the site has become too stressful. This story has shocked the Facebook users across the world. Will you believe this?

According to the speech of the facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg, said that “Facebook has gotten out of control and the stress of managing this company has ruined my life. I need to put an end to all the madness.” Zuckerberg said that the decision to shut down Facebook was difficult and he does not think people will be upset. Without Facebook people will go out to see the real friends. That’s always a good thing.

When asked about money, Zuckerberg said "I don't care about the money. I just want my old life back. So user will no longer log in to their account after 15th March 2011." The rumor suggested the users to remove all of their personal information from the website before March 15th. After that date, all photos, notes, links, and videos will be permanently erased in case Facebook really dies on before March 15th 2011.

FACEBOOK WILL NOT END ON MARCH 15, 2011

Most people would probably never believe such a load of old nonsense as the claim that Mark Zuckerberg is going to shut down Facebook, but it only takes a small proportion of people to think it might be possible to turn a joke of a news story into an internet hoax. Well, now you can easily make a decision whether it is true or if it was fake. What's your opinion on this issue? Are you agree with him to close Facebook? Stay tuned for any updates and do leave any comments.

I don't believe that he will close FB down. After all he has just accepted a huge investment from one of the biggest banks in the world. I believe that he ONLY owns one quarter of facebook !

Interesting Hub you have written! Rated up also :-)

Hi-interesting hub. I just watched the movie: The Social Network yesterday. It gave a Hollywood version of a peek into this young man's life. Two things I noticed: 1. it NEVER referenced any family member at all, which is quite unusual, and 2. he is a genius who has no real friends. He is also, based on this version, quite emotionless to doing whatever it takes to get his project into fruition. Ruthless, I suppose would be a good word. So, it was never about the money and he lost a good friend over his choices, and it is rumored he is closing it...no opinion. I do use FB but it is more to stay in contact with my two children and grandkids. I personally think it is a rumor.

Nice meeting you daravuthz, and if I had anything to add to your already great hub, I would suggest a 'poll' asking people to vote whether they think it will close or not. :)

Great hub and I honestly don't think he would close it down. He probably has other people running most of the show anyway.

Of course facebook won't be closed down. Zuckerberg can sell it (or can sell the part he owns, or whatsoever) :) Good hub! :) :) :)

I believe that what will be, will be. If the owner wants to close it down that's his choice, but if there are stockholders, they might just close down the owner himself.

It's hard to say what Mark will do next. He's no doubt a free thinker and has no problem with a fresh start. I'm thinking he's going to do some very interesting things in the future, he's restless! Well Done and Interesting Read! :) Katie

It's obvious that he would never say such a thing. The amount of money that is being made on Facebook is enough to keep it online, even if many don't like the harm that is does in people's lives. After all, many people waste their time behind TV but that hasn't stopped anyone from producing more televisions or television programs.
