Fun USB Gadgets and Toys

Updated on June 28, 2012

USB Desk Toys for the Digital Generation

Forget about basketball hoops for your wastebasket and Dilbert stuffed dolls for your desk. Those are desk toys for the last generation. Today's desk toys are cooler, more interactive, and a lot more fun. Welcome to the world of USB toys and gadgets, where accessorizing your desk goes beyond sticking a bobble-head doll next to your phone.

In the great tradition of desk toys, this gadget is completely useless, but lots of fun. Simply touch the ball and the red bolts of light will turn blue and move toward your fingers. A complete time-waster!

USB Car for Your Desk - Control this RC car from your computer

If you can't afford a Cooper Mini, get one of these RC cars for your desk for some break-time fun (or a reminder that you want a better-paying job!). The car charges fully in 10 minutes when you park it inside the garage and then comes out ready to roll.

Star Wars USB Hubs - Fun and useful port hubs!

These toys are actually useful accessories. If you're running out of USB ports and need more to plug in all your toys - oops, I mean important computer accessories - these Star Wars hubs will do the trick. And they're way cooler than plain old four-port hubs without the Star Wars theme.

Toy Weapons of Destruction at Your Fingertips - Declare war on your coworkers

This USB missile launcher only shoots foam missiles, so there won't be any collateral damage if you go to war in your office. Move the launcher left, right, up and down to take aim at your coworkers, boss, or anyone within 10 feet.

Don't be afraid of this Dalek. He won't help you communicate across space/time, but he can connect you with friends and family via Skype, MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, and AOL Messenger. Includes a built-in microphone and a monitor clip. Sorry, master plans for universal domination not included.

Jumpin' Banana Simpson's USB Desk Light - Let Homer Simpson light up your desk

I have the rocket launcher, a Christmas carol singing snowman, a personal mini fan, and a light. Also have Darth Vader thumb drive. Hopefully my next toy will be an R2D2 hub or the cup warmer.
