Lifestyle Solar helps sponsor Grid Alternatives to install solar systems for low income families
Lifestyle Solar partnered with Grid Alternatives Central Valley for the 5th year by joining in the Central Valley Solarthon to install solar panels for low income families in Madera county. Lifestyle Solar helped donate 2 solar systems for this year’s Solarthon. The monthly relief allows the families to buy other necessities, such as gas and food. The large monthly relief not only helps them today, but locks in their electricity cost for the future for their kids.
A little about the organizations…
Grid Alternatives Central Valley is non-profit organization that has been around since 2009 and has helped over 700 low-income families go solar in our surrounding area. The organization helps low-income families save money by partnering with local volunteers and those with hands-on solar experience to install solar electric systems for families residing in the Central Valley.
Lifestyle Solar is a family-owned business that was founded in 2008. They strive to make a positive difference in the community by offering competitive prices and providing great service. Lifestyle Solar wants to make sure the process is easy for their customers and takes care of every step of their switch to solar from engineering, installation, permits, financing, and ongoing monitoring. They believe that by installing more systems, they are able to help families save money and also help the environment, securing a more sustainable world.
