The Magnetic Motor Controversy

You may have heard the debate surrounding the free energy magnetic motor. Proponents claim it has the potential to provide the answer to the most serious of environmental concerns: a solution to the lessening supply of oil and natural gas - as well as a source of economical and environmentally free energy. In other words, its green energy, just what the world needs.

Not everyone agrees. Opponents to the free energy magnetic motor say it is not scientifically sound and is not the solution to the energy problem that the human race is currently experiencing.

How Does a Free Energy Magnetic Machine Work?

The magnetic motor works on the principal that magnetism can be used to create a continuous motion machine. In other words, the idea is that magnetic properties can create a movement that continues endlessly. At this time, most of the machines created using this principle have utilized rotary motion.

Some people mistakenly believe that a magnetic motor is the same as a regular motor or generator that uses a magnetic force to change electrical energy into mechanical energy. In truth, they are two very different things. Unlike the regular motor, the free energy magnetic motor creates movement without any form of electrical energy or movement needed to keep it running. Therefore, it is sometimes referred to as a motionless electromagnetic generator.

If you are interested enough in this alternate form of clean, green energy to experiment, you might want to check out one of the many guides that are available. From what I read, some of the guides are more reliable than others. This alternate energy do-it-yourself guide called Magnets4Energy seems to receive a lot of reviews -- both good and bad. The inventor claims you can save up to 100% of your home power bill. The site also has some testimonials from people who have tried it out and are satisfied with the results.

He (the owner) says:

"The ebook consist of high quality content and illustrations and is written by professional writers in collaboration with experienced technology experts that specialize in alternative energy sources. Magnets 4 Energy is written in layman's terms and is the complete solution to the ever increasing number of people wanting to save on their electricity bills."

On the other hand, other reviewers allege that it is a complete and total scam, involving falsification of data and other evils.

I don't know. I haven't tried this myself. I'm not a good "handy-women" and I'd undoubtedly mess things up real bad. It looks intriguing, though.

Where Do You Stand on this Issue?

Where do you stand? Do you believe that free magnetic energy machines could be a viable source of energy for the planet?

The Equilibrium Challenge

As everyone understands, magnets have a property that allows them to attract or repel metal objects that come within their magnetic range.

However, this movement is temporary and sooner or later it will cease. A condition known as magnetic equilibrium will occur.

The challenge in creating a free energy magnetic machine is to prevent the machine from reaching magnetic equilibrium. If this condition does not occur, the movement continues indefinitely and permanently.

The Wide Spread Implications of Free Energy

Consider the potential uses of a motor that runs forever. It could be used in any situation that already uses a motor. Consider the impact on the construction industry, the transportation industry, agriculture, manufacturing and many more.

The most impressive use, however, would be the potential to utilize this permanent motion machine in power stations and transform it into electrical energy.

What would this mean for the consumer? It means that suddenly, we would have as much free energy as we needed. This in turn, would have far reaching implications for the special interest groups that currently produce and generate carbon based fuels and other power sources.

The impact would be so great beyond imagining. In fact, many people believe that special interest groups with much to lose are blocking and suppressing research into this environmentally friendly, green power source.

Current Developments in Perpetual Motion Machines

At this writing, the market offers no mass product in terms of a free energy magnetic machine.

However, experts suggest that we should begin seeing these machines within a few years time. Already considerable research and development is occurring worldwide.

In one such case, an invention known as the Perendev Magnet Motor is developed and ready for licensing. Similarly, in Korea, the Shinyeon Energy Research Center has developed a piston-based magnetic motor that needs no fuel or electricity to run.

Also currently under development are a magnetic air car and a magnetic CD/DVD rotor.

We may be well on our way to a new, clean, free, environmentally friendly source of electrical power.

@TanoCalvenoa: That is a good point. Energy sources are truly a challenge to us if we are to protect the plant as best we can.

This is a difficult subject. I believe fossil fuels could easily be replaced with other sources, including very inexpensive sources - although on the other hand, free energy would result in a lot more energy use worldwide - which would generate a lot of heat and could cause environmental problems.

Just a comment the Tesla car is top rated by Consumer Reports and Tesla believed in free energy, but this car is VERY EXPENSIVE? So somewhere private enterprise still manages to get involved in making a profit.

      Dear HK

Also i am going to put this up because, clearly i can use a magnet, push another magnet which is contact with a table and somehow this magnetic force just consume 0 energy, but produced an amount of kinetic energy and heat energy in the form of friction.

If my magnet moved at say 0.01m/s with a mass of 40grams, i just created up to 1/2(40)(0.01)^2 =0.002 joules of KE out of nowhere, which by terms of efficiency = output /input x 100%, i get 0.002/0 x 100% = infinity. Overall i just made energy without consuming in terms of math.

I can't post a link about EM energy if not it will be a "spam" so have fun figuring out that magnetic energy is similar to EM wave energy like electricity due to alignment of atoms that form the magnetic field present in magnets. This field does dealign and thus they lose their force over time. Overall we can by right harness energy from the Earth gravity by creating permanent magnets that are placed under landmass for say a few hundreds of years.

However governments won't allow this to happen reason being that if it did happen the current energy monopoly is China who owns majority of the current Permanent magnet supply for the world. Furthermore countries without these magnets would stand to be discriminated and abused by countries with these rare resources.

Also by putting large amounts of iron under land masses, we would have less iron supply for build other products. Thus oil as it stands is the most viable at this time and nuclear because the losses are minor and overall economically it creates jobs for people.

Free energy doesn't create jobs, it takes away jobs, it may reduce taxes, it also may not reduce taxes, but it makes all other companies with more than 10,000 employees probably go bankrupt long run and thus having 10,000 people with no jobs is a disaster.

Free energy is too early to be used now, it is not the right time. It is true it can combat poverty, however looking it from the perspective of world leaders, they can't fight poverty without causing mass problems in their home country and also to prevent monopolistic control of self sustaining resource.

Overall Free energy is nice, but now is not the right time. Once energy has been used up, or after we obtained another form of free energy, this is an alternative, but if we used this there would rises in prices for a lot of electronic products that use magnets to function, even your computer screen and thus it would cause a world shortage and it would make for some serious problems in the world economy.

It would be a big wild risky thing to do to embrace free energy now since we have no use for too much energy either way. All research are being done now have sufficient energy, and until we can find a use of unlimited energy, we have little use for benefits to the world.

Being utilitarian is good for our whole humanity, but it is not right now as it would serve to cause more problems for the greater good than it can heal. If say all the poverish are to be wealth now, there would the problem of jobs, money circulation, sufficient food, sanitation education and etc. Providing to humanity is good, but we can't provide all now as it is beyond humanities capacity. We should expand first and make the use of viable human resource to be allocated more efficiently maybe through planetary discovery(using future alcuberrie drive), terra forming, and maybe countering our greatest problems.

One of humanities biggest problem is money, there is no right or wrong way to take out money, but money is something that limits most of our attempts to expand as it is inefficient. So unless something is done about money, we won't see much use for free energy.

@bluelily lm: Nikola Tesla had lots of ideas that did not work at all and some that did. His Tesla coil failed to transmit enough current over distance to be of any use whatsoever. His whole idea of transmitting energy through the air has never been practical. He never got "free energy" from anywhere so he did not need the "greedy businessman" to sabotage all his efforts. What the businessmen did do however, was to decline to back those ideas they felt were too far out. They also were wrong at times but it was their money to invest in whatever they wanted. They could not know what would work and what would not. His amazing work and insight on AC power will ensure that he is always remembered as the genius he really was. You last sentence makes no sense at all. Just because we need these devices they will magically work and appear everywhere?

Jared: You've been researching this topic for about a month now and have come to the conclusion that creating energy with only permanent magnets is completely possible. Totally incredible since it's been proven for hundreds of years that there is no stored energy in permanent magnets. That is, Force is not Energy. Never was, never will be. Force over Distance is energy. Yes, a magnet can move something and energy can be measured over that distance, but it takes the same amount of energy to retrieve whatever the magnet attracted. Net gain of energy = Zero. Same thing for dropping a weight. Some say a magnet holding up a weight is proof that it has energy but you could glue that same weight up without a magnet. No one says that glue has stored energy (except those that sniff it, that is ï ).

Laserays: Definitely yes! because Albert Einstein said something you did not understand? He never meant that every hopeful fantasy would come true. He was specifically speaking of his early research where imagination may have been essential to his breakthrough thinking, but Einsteinâs discovery also rested on his vast knowledge of physical science. Knowledge and imagination let him see the relationship between space, time, and energy. He said nothing at all about your wishful thinking.

santos: have you noticed that ENGLISH is used here and not Gibberish? We have no idea what you are saying.

Jeremy: I think you mean an alternator powered by a motor that is powered by the alternator. Since no system can be 100% efficient, too much energy is lost for it to even come close to working. The motor only converts a percent of the electricity it receives into motion. The alternator does not convert all the spinning motion to electricity. The belt uses up energy (as heat) as it goes around the pulleys etc. Even if you could get everything 100%, as soon as you try to get energy out of it, it would stop immediately.

Outside Observer (What planet are you from?). It's not in your house because it's a scam and it never existed. Over-unity generators are as scarce as unicorns.

Yeah! There is a lot of buzz surrounding these days about the free energy generators based on the principle proposed by Nicole Tesla a great genius of our time. But unfortunately greedy businessman sabotaged all his efforts in making this a reality.

Nevertheless now we are faced with pollution, conventional energy depletion and high population growth so, it is most likely that in very near future we will see these devices powering all our equipments and gadgets.
