Situated in a historic town, Portland is on the south-eastern coastal region of Victoria, Australia, and offers a wide-range of appealing attractions. Portland is home to a vibrant waterfront where locals or visitors can admire the vast fishing fleets or watch for whales. A tourist to the region is likely to explore such attractions as the historic building walk to view the original settlements dating back to 1834, with its many heritage constructions.

Cape Nelson State Park

There is an exciting choice of outside activities, such as the large-sized state parks and the self-guided bushwalking trails available to those visiting this delightful region of Victoria.
