Ths colors ranges from bright yellows to vibrant reds, the leaves show their rich and vibrant hues.The foliage season begins in early September ends late October or early November. 1. Charlottesville, Virginia

Charlottesville, Virginia is one of the best places to see the fall colours. This place is located on a crest in the Blue Ridge Mountain domain. The rural hideaway is surrounded by trees. In fall, the oaks turn stunning shades of red. You can also visit Monticello for wine tasting.

2. Milford, Pennsylvania

Milford, Pennsylvania, along the Delaware River is worth the trip out of New York. Milford has two wonderful natural resource with it. One is the the Delaware River running through the forest and other is the beautiful fall foliage of autumn leaves changing gracefully and the here. A weekend trip will be an unforgettable trip for these golden hues along with the river.

3. Camden, Maine

When the autumn light is just right, you can double your pleasure and see the mirror reflection of leaves in the water below this Queen Anne cottage in coastal Maine. Camden has to be hands down the most striking autumn leaves. Here, you will see dramatic colors as the trees turn all shades and the leaves drop to the ground and form those huge piles of fall leaves that are so fun to jump in. The beauty of Sevierville, Tennessee is adorable and enjoyable. The fall colors explode in this town that gets up close and personal with the Great Smokey Mountains in Eastern Tennessee. Whitefish area is considered as one of the nation's best and greatest fall foliage destinations. Whitefish is the perfect spot to enjoy the autumn leaves. There is no better place to enjoy the crisp mountain air that makes foliage snap to life.

Vermont is one of the states that is splendid in road trips. Vermont is good to see in all season. But for the colors october is the best time to visit. The best times to see fall colors in Wisconsin is between mid-September to mid-October, The famous attractions are Cedarburg, Bayfield, Prairie du Chien, Lake Geneva and Door County, where golden colors blossom. If you're looking for the best fall colors as the autumn leaves change in Georgia, then Alto is your destination. After a cool summer, the leaves are already starting to show tiny spots of orange, yellow, and red. The cool nights are here, and fall is in the air. Peak color in north Georgia usually comes during the last two weeks in October.

      That picture of Colorado is breathtaking! Of course, being a Charlottesville girl, I have to vote for us. This year is going to be a rough one due to no rain, but there is plenty of other places to go, things to do, and people to see once you do get to Charlottesville. Thanks for showcasing it so well.       New England takes the hat when it comes to color and Vermont especially, then the White Mountains and the Berkshires. Last year was the best for a long time - this year looks like being slightly early.
