Best Tourist Attractions In Kentucky

As mentioned in my previous hubs I love travelling, being able to explore and do amazing things around the world is a true passion of mine. I am going to talk about some of the most popular tourist attractions within Kentucky, and they definitely have something the entire family will enjoy. Kentucky is mostly known for its amazing history, and the sunsets are amazingly gorgeous. I have been to Kentucky six times, and would absolutely love to go back one day. Kentucky is truly beautiful in many ways, and some of the sceneries you will come across is absolutely breathtaking.

Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo

Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo is located in Horse Cave, and was opened back in 1990. The Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo has the most incredible animals, and has many amazing attractions throughout the area. I have been to the Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo four times, and I would love to go back one day. The Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo has an incredible history to it, and it is definitely one attraction I would highly recommend checking out.

Beech Bend Amusement Park

Beech Bend Amusement Park is located in Warren County, and was opened back in 1898. Beech Bend Amusement Park is one of the most popular tourist attractions for families in Kentucky, and has about forty eight different attractions that are absolutely amazing. The Beech Bend Amusement Park has an incredible history to it, and is definitely one attraction I would highly recommend checking out. I have been to the Beech Bend Amusement Park three times, and it is definitely a very fun adventure to be had.

Big Bone Lick State Historic Site

Big Bone Lick State Historic Site is located in Boone County, and is about five hundred and twenty five acres in size. The Big Bone Lick State Historic Site has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Kentucky, and was opened back in 1960. The Big Bone Lick State historic Site was created to protect the amazing fossils, and has an amazing history to it.

I have been to the Big Bone Lick State Historic Site five times, and would love to go back one day. The Big Bone Lick State Historic Site has several amazing attractions throughout the area, and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Big Bone Lick State Historic Site has incredible walking trails that you will love, and the wildlife you encounter is absolutely amazing.

Lost River Cave

Lost River Cave is located in Bowling Green, and has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Kentucky. The Lost River Cave is about seventy two acres in size, and has an incredible history to it. The Lost River Cave offers amazing tours, and the hiking trails are absolutely incredible. I have only been to the Lost River Cave twice, but would definitely love to go back one day. The Lost River Cave has amazing scenery throughout the area, and it is not only a fun experience but very educational as well.

Frazier History Museum

Frazier History Museum is located in Louisville, and has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Kentucky. The Frazier History Museum was opened in 2004, and the amazing exhibits make people come back over and over again. The Frazier History Museum has incredible architecture throughout the building, and is more geared toward the adult generation. I have been to the Frazier History Museum four times, and would love to go back one day. The Frazier History Museum holds some incredible events throughout the year, and is definitely one attraction I would highly recommend checking out.

John James Audubon State Park

John James Audubon State Park is located in Henderson, and has become one of the most popular tourist attractions within Kentucky. The John James Audubon State Park is about five hundred and seventy five acres in size, and was opened back in 1934. The John James Audubon State Park was created to protect the amazing Nature Preserve, and the wildlife you will encounter is absolutely incredible.

I have been to the John James Audubon State Park four times, and would love to go back one day. The John James Audubon State Park has an incredible history to it, and the scenery you will come across is breathtakingly gorgeous. The John James Audubon State Park sets the theme to be incredibly romantic, and if you are on your honeymoon this would definitely be one spot to check out.

Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park

Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park is located in Louisville, and has become one of the most popular tourist attractions for families in Kentucky. The Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park was opened back in 1987, and has over fifty one attractions throughout the area. The Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park is about Sixty Five acres in size, and has an amazing history to it. I have been to the Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park three times, and would love to go back one day. The Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park is definitely one attraction I would highly recommend checking out, and the gardens that reside in the center is absolutely incredible as well.

Louisville Zoo

Louisville Zoo is located in Louisville, and has become one of the most popular tourist attraction for families in Kentucky. The Louisville Xoo has over seventeen hundred animals, and was opened in 1969. The Louisville Zoo is not a fun experience but very educational, and has many amazing exhibits throughout the area.

I have only been to the Louisville Zoo twice, but would love to go back one day. The Louisville Zoo offers amazing tours that you will love, and is definitely one attraction I would highly recommend checking out. The Louisville Zoo has some incredible agriculture, and the history of it is truly amazing.

Kentucky Science Center

Kentucky Science Center is located in Louisville, and has become one of the most popular tourist attractions in Kentucky. The Kentucky Science Center was opened back in 1871, and had something for the entire family to enjoy. The Kentucky Science Center has some amazing exhibits throughout the area, and has an incredible history to it.

I have been to the Kentucky Science Centet five times and would love to go back one day. The Kentucky Science Center holds some incredible events throughout the year, and is not only a fun experience but very educational as well. The Kentucky Science Center has amazing architecture, and is definitely one attraction I would highly recommend checking out.
