Boracay Island and Puerto Galera the Top Two Beaches in the Philippines
This write-up highlights two of the best summer getaways and escapades in the Philippines.
The Philippines is endowed with great beaches that will definitely give pure pleasure to all of its visitors. With its randomly crafted rock cliffs, white powdery sand, crystalline and serene waters, many fun-filled activities and excellent local delicacies and cuisines, a visit to the Philippines can truly be memorable and cinched to give you one of a kind experience.
Here are the top two beaches in the Philippines that will surely give you many different forms of fun at its best:
Boracay Island, Panay A Philippine pride and treasure, Boracay Island has one of the most captivating and loveliest beaches in the world. Fondly called "Bora" by local folks and tourists, this very prominent tourist destination is a stretch of 7-kilometer white sand beach that is teeming with crystalline white subtle water, amiable and always smiling locals and tourists, truly enjoying water and land sports, jagged and breathtaking coral cliffs, enthralling dive spots and a very active and fun-filled nightlife.

Boracay is a paradise infused with modern sights and sounds. In other words, it is a total blasts, that beckons to give you enormous excitement and fun to everyone. The place is a one-stop destination, since the option of having some fun under the scorching sun seems limitless. The Island boasts of open-air discos, a French restaurant, a Swiss inn, an English bakery.
This charming beach seemed not to sleep, as you see people clad in sarongs, shorts and even swimsuits and bikinis enjoy dancing to various music such as pop, techno, reggae and even rock.
The island also has all kinds of water and land sports from diving to windsurfing to horseback riding to mountain climbing. But no matter what is your choice, you’ll inevitably yield to pleasures and thrills the island has to offer.
You may also opt to have an island hopping or have a banana boating to explore the mystifying beauty of the island further or perhaps just be contented to relax by having a Shiatsu or Swedish massage offered by the locals.
And if you are tired already of having some fun here, you might try to have a nap or siesta in a hammock or simply just have a sunbath under the blistering heat of the sun (but be sure your body is protected with sunscreen, to avoid those dangerous and harmful ultraviolet rays ) to steer clear from the worries and problems in life.
Puerto Galera Pictures, Images or Pix
Puerto Galera, Mindoro One of the most visited tourist destinations in the Philippines, is the Puerto Galera in Mindoro. With its coves sandwiched by the gentle swaying palm trees and crystal-clear turquoise water, a visit to Puerto Galera is a sort of a dream vacation or trip come true. Once a very rustic and dull rural town, its discovery by the late 1970’s paved the way for many tourists, domestic and foreigners to visit the place and get mesmerized with its natural charm and beauty.
Diving and snorkeling enthusiasts will indeed enjoy discovering the colorful and very diverse marine life that abounds in the La Laguna Beach. Nightlife is very active here too, and can compete with that of Boracay's and promises to be enjoying. You may also try kayaking, canoeing or banana boating to take full pleasure of having a wonderful sightseeing while you patrol the area. You may also want to give it a try having an unforgettable trek to the lush vegetation of the coves and see some lovely, and colorful birds around. Keep in mind that, fun never stops here in Puerto Galera and you are warmly invited here to quench your thirst of having a wholesome and awesome summer escapade.
