Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel and Casino Shark Tank
Settled 30 feet into the air, you take a seat, you push off and plunge down, down, down through The Golden Nugget's Shark Tank. Yep, SHARK TANK!
The Tank was opened in 2007 and cost $20 million. It is full of 200,000 gallons of water and waterfalls. The pool is surrounded by chairs and loungers. If you're feeling a little gamey, there are also Blackjack tables along the side of the pool area.
The Pool also has a bar called H2o and boasts the best drinks in Vegas. (FYI they are good)
Lifeguards are in place around the pool for safety just in case.
There is a hot tub that is open until 2 am.
The Tank's hours are 10 a.m. to 8 pm as long as the weather is good.
You can buy wristbands for the pool if you are not a guest. If the pool is too full of guests, they might not let anyone in though. The wristbands cost right now $20 for adults and $10 for children and are a great deal for the great view you get.
Cabanas are dotted above the pool and cost a bigger sum but the lounge chairs are a bit cheaper but are very much worth the moola for both! They are very comfortable and are great for resting. The Cabanas are stocked with refrigerators and plasma TV's.
If you stay at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas you must take a ride down the best slide:
