The Henry Ford is located in Dearborn, Michigan on the corner of Village Road and Oakwood Boulevard, just west of the Southfield Freeway (M-39) and south of Michigan Avenue (US-12).

There is so much to see and do at the Henry Ford, there really is no set amount of time spent that will suit every visitor. A few hours or a full day will give you ample time to see it all.

Henry Ford Museum is Open 7 days a week, 9:30am-5:00pm

Greenfield Village Hours

January 1-April 14: Closed for the Winter Season

April 15-November 2: Open 7 days a week, 9:30am-5:00pm

November 3 -December 28: Open Friday-Sunday, 9:30am-5:00pm

The adult ticket price for greenfield village is $20 and free for members.

The Henry Ford is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days.

IMAX theatre hours and tickets

Visit the official IMAX at the Henry Ford to check out the showtimes and ticket prices and to buy tickets online.

IMAX Theatre offered $5 tickets to gain entry into all shows at The Henry Ford Imax Theatre in 2008.

Normally the ticket prices are about $12 for each adult.

Other films showing are Dinosaurs Alive 3D, Lewis & Clark, Hurricane on the Bayou and The Magic of Flight. They will be showing every day of the week. Hurricane on the Bayou and The Magic of Flight will be showing through Thursday, November 6 only.

IMAX Theatre Open daily with extended hours. You should check out the showtimes of the particular show you are interested in.

The Henry Ford IMAX Theatre is the largest screen theatre in the region with 3D capability. It has the very latest in 2D / 3D film and sound technology. You simply have not seen and heard a giant screen film until you have seen and heard it here.

Ford Rouge Factory

The Ford Rouge Factory experience is comprised of a five-part tour which includes a driving tour of historic auto-related landmarks and behind-the-scenes of the Rouge complex; a look at the history of the Rouge through historic video footage; a virtual reality theatre experience; a walking tour of the factory's "living roof"; and a walking tour above the actual final assembly area where Ford F-150s are made.

Open 9:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Saturday

Buses depart each half hour, 9:20am-3:00pm

Both the Ford Rouge Factory Tour and the IMAX Theater are accessible without entering the main floor of Henry Ford Museum.

      over memorial day 2010. what a wonderful place. museum 1 day and the village the other, could have stayed forever!

      I've been here before. I enjoyed Greenfield Village which is nearby immensely... definitely another great thing to share the day with!
