Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Peachtree City Review
I've never really stayed at a Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've seen some raunchy Holiday Inn hotels, but I've never heard much about the Hotel and Suites.
I went for it. My mom and I were going to Newnan for a few days, and I wanted something fairly cheap, yet something that was comfortable and nice. As always, I wanted to stay somewhere that I felt comfortable showering and sleeping. I don't want to have to worry about mold, bugs, weird smells, etc.
At first, there was a weird smell in the hall, but once out of the hall, all was well.
The room was clean, and the pillows were great. I loved how they were labeled, 'soft' and 'hard,' for those who prefer one over the other. Personally, this was something that I really enjoyed the most. I know that's rather sad, but it was something that was memorable about the hotel.
Overall, the front desk receptionists were both pleasant and helpful. Upon checkout, we purchased cookbooks for charity, and the receptionist did her best to be friendly and helpful, even though she was working a double shift (third and first).
The hotel is just south of Atlanta, in Peachtree City, convenient to both Atlanta and Newnan, where you can find great shopping. The hotel is just 30 miles from the GA Aquarium and Turner Field.
The hotel offers a business center, free wi-fi access, outdoor pool, fitness center, and a cafe that's open for breakfast and dinner.
Not all Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites is going to allow your pets to stay with you, but this one IS pet friendly, if case you want to bring your pet along. Just keep in mind that you can only have two pets per room. The cost is $25 per night for 1-3 nights and $50 per night for 4 or more nights.

The only concerns that I really had with the hotel, is that the TV in the room needs to be updated from the box TV to a new flat screen. The toilet paper holder, also, needs to be cleaned once in a while.
Other than that, the staff was pleasant. Even when sitting in the lobby area reading the newspaper and a few local magazines, the staff conversed with hotel stayers, asked about their children (for those who must have stayed a few days more than I did).
It's nice when you can go to a hotel, and in a way, feel like you're at home. You want to be comfortable when you go out of town, and for the price, the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Peachtree City is the place to stay.
