A Hot Spring Resort in the Middle of a Farm Field

A hot spring is known for it's therapeautic uses.

You could find a hot spring within a farm field and it's located in Barangay Florida, Maria Aurora, Aurora Province, Philippines. The name of the Hot Spring Resort is Jeyahsoon Hot Spring Resort.

You'll see different variety of trees like coconuts before reaching this place. You could ask the tricycle drivers in Barangay Florida or Barangay Bannawag for directions.

Entrance Fee costs thirty five pesos per head (as of January 2015).

The place have two swimming pools, one hot spring pool, a manual water pump and three comfort rooms.

The water on this hot spring pool is not as warm unlike other hot springs in the country. The hot spring located in Camiguin Island is hotter.

They also have good cottages. Unfortunately, there is no variety store in the place. Make sure to bring some water and food.

You will see the beauty of the mountains, trees and farm fields while enjoying your time on the resort.

Do's and Dont's

  • One is not allowed to wear jeans or jogging pants while swimming on the pools.

  • Secure your belongings like smart phones, camera and tablets.

A hot spring resort filled with beautiful flowers

This hot spring resort is filled with beautiful flowers. Hanging Flowers capture my attention. It's the first time that I saw such hanging flowers which looks like a flower made of plastic.

Those flowers look amazing and a great decoration for the private resort.

Furniture made of pure wood

While traveling around Baler, Aurora Province, Philippines, I saw some furniture made up of pure wood.

The hot spring resort also have chairs and tables made of pure wood. I'm not sure if it's made form Narra or Melina tree.

Animals and Pets

While entering the hot spring resort, I saw some animals owned by the owners of the resort such as: three monkeys, two dogs, and a rooster.

Visitors and customers are allowed to feed the monkeys with candies and biscuits. After feeding the monkeys, they would perform some acrobat to entertain people.

A warning sign was displayed on the monkeys cage to ensure everyone's safety. Do not go near them because they might grab your hair or hurt you.

During our stay, I saw an American kid who draw near the monkeys and they almost grab his hair. He is lucky because he was able to avoid the accident.

I was amazed by the rooster because it eats grass flowers.

I was not able to visit the hot springs of Los Baños. I think it's much better than this one. I wish that I could spend some time over there to compare which one is better. Thank you for checking this hub.

We have a farm in Laguna and I think that's a few hours ride from my place. The place looks neat. I wonder, how does it compare with the hot springs of Los Banos? Is it better?

Thank you Writer Fox. Even though it's near to our place, going there is still difficult because of the cliffs that you'll encounter along the way. Thank you for appreciating my hub.
