Killington, Vermont-Great Winter Ski or Relax Vacation Destination

There are many great VT ski resorts and one of the best, nicknamed The Beast, is the Killington Ski Resort stretches across 6 mountains with 140 trails on over 70 miles of terrain. Skiers and riders, from beginner to expert, can find whatever type of experience they wish for at the Killington Ski Resort making it the perfect winter ski vacation.  Whether the type of skiing preferred is in the wide-open or narrow runs, down steep inclines or through trees, Killington skiing is fantastic. For snowboarders or freestyle skiers there are five parks and a Superpipe which is 500' long and many trails are left ungroomed. Servicing the various areas are 22 different lifts along with 5 Lodges providing access to the trails and lifts.

During the winter season there is always snow, Killington has the advantage of high elevation and an average snowfall of 250" per season. That along with a fantastic snowmaking system which happens every night assures the best ski and snowboard conditions always.

Lodging, Parking, and Transportation

After a long day outdoors or sightseeing and shopping, Killington offers a wide array of lodging. There are condominiums, private homes, lodges, hotels, motels, motor inns, and bed & breakfasts located anywhere from right along the Killington Access Road up to 15 miles away. You can choose from the elegant lodging experience or the inexpensive place to stay.

Parking is available at each of Killington's lodges, there is a valet service available too.

For resort area guests there is a free shuttle between the resort lodges with a shuttle available every 30 minutes, also available is a bus line (The Bus) with the $2 ticket price.

Prices are from $58 per person, per night (early/late season) and $82 per person, per night mid-winter, non-peak* Stay for 5 days and 5 nights.

3 and 4 Day Midweek Package:

You would arrive on either Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday and stay for three nights with three days of fun-all for the price of two nights...your third night and day are Free!

2 Day Package includes:

Prices are from $77 per person, per night early/late season and $110 per person, per night mid-winter, non-peak*, available until April 16, 2011.

4 Day Package during President's Week:

Prices range from $124 per person per night. Get away during dreary February and have fun.

The Killington Area
